Talk Programmed by Rebecca Chesney

This event offered the chance to hear about the under representation of women in national and public art collections and explored how we can redress the imbalance.

Speakers were: Lubaina Himid (Turner Prize winner 2017) Dr Hilary Robinson (Professor of Feminism, Art and Theory at Loughborough University); Mark Doyle (Collections Manager at Touchstones in Rochdale); Christine Eyene (Curator, Critic and Art Historian).

The event has been documented by Dr Ella Mills (Art Historian, Black Artists & Modernism Research Fellow).
